Data is stored by our hosting provider , Siteground S.L, on its servers in the U.K. Data is not at any time stored outside . Backups are kept at the same place.

Data is stored on the hosting’s databases and is backed up daily. Access to this data is only granted to ramonpuig.me website administrator. High security passwords are used and stored for safeguard in encrypted storage devices. Passwords are changed regularly to avoid hacking.

Data loss or theft is prevented by using anti hacking service provider Succuri, one of the best security providers globally.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

Your data is only kept in the database for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, data will not be stored and any backed up data will not be kept after one-week time. You have therefore one-week time to ask for your data retrieval. 

Your rights in relation to personal data

You have the right for accessing your personal information, for correction and deletion, for withdrawal of consent. You may ask for data portability, for restriction of processing and objection lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office

If you would wish to retrieve your account information, id verification will be demanded as needed. We will need you to provide necessary data for this process. This data will only be used for the verification procedure, and will be permanently erased at its completion.

On the case in which data from another account would be at risk of being exposed during the procedure, we reserve our right to cancel the request in respect to European privacy laws. Only when we get consent from the third party, would we ( myself for the moment) in the capability of proceeding with the procedure.
